"Studio Sound" magazine published the test report about the amplifier Neva Audio PA-2000AG made by Paul Miller.
"Despite its high output capability and low operating temperature, the PA-2000AG does not use a switch-mode supply nor does it appear
to employ a class-D, or variant, output topology. Instead, much of its bulk is occupied by a huge linear supply".
"...All told, the PA-2000AG is evidently no shrinking violet and more than capable of robustly grappling with the hardiest of rigs.
It's the kind of amplifier that relishes rough treatment. Just plug-in, wind-up the level and the PA-2000AG will respond in kind".
And here is an estimate of Philip Newell, who worked with such stars as Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Duke Ellington Orchestra,
Dizzy Gillespie, Crosby Stills Nash and Young, Alvin Lee (Ten Years after), Queen, the Stan Kenton Orchestra,
Captain Beefheart and the Magic Band, The Who, Mike Oldfield, the London Symphony Orchestra, the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestras,
Jethro Tull, Genesis, Little Feat, the Small Faces and many other celebrities. He designed more than 100 studios in 32 countries.
"The amplifiers that I've been using for more than four years now are all from St. Petersburg, Russia, made by a company named Neva Audio.
They're absolutely stunning in terms of sound quality, with incredible resolution of fine detail".
